These terms apply to the use of Ticketjoy by organisations and their staff. Ticketjoy is a product of We are Made BV, based in Monnickendam, the Netherlands.

About Ticketjoy
Ticketjoy is a SaaS platform that lets organisations manage bookings, tickets, time slots, payments and check-in. The service is provided by We are Made BV, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, at Middendam 4, 1141 BC Monnickendam.
Scope
These terms apply to every agreement between We are Made BV and the organisation (customer) using Ticketjoy, and to every user acting on that organisation's behalf. Any conflicting customer terms are expressly rejected.
Use of the service
The customer keeps account details accurate, keeps credentials confidential, and uses Ticketjoy only for legitimate booking and ticketing processes. Misuse, reverse engineering, or overloading the infrastructure is not allowed.
Availability
We aim for high availability and continuously improve the platform. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible and announced in advance. Ticketjoy is EU-hosted with daily backups.
Fees and payment
Pricing is agreed in a separate quote or order confirmation. Invoices are sent monthly or quarterly and payable within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.
Data and privacy
We are Made BV processes personal data on the customer's behalf as a processor. The customer is the data controller for end-user data. See the privacy policy for details on security, retention and processing.
Liability
Liability of We are Made BV is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid for Ticketjoy in the six months before the event causing the damage. Indirect damages such as lost revenue are excluded.
Term and termination
Agreements run for the agreed period and renew automatically unless either party terminates in time. In case of serious breach either party may terminate the agreement early.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated to the customer's contact at least 30 days in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
